Can anyone educate me as to a good cabbie or taxi libre driver who can get me from border to Ensenada safely and for a reasonable price?

I will be coming into TJ from SD towards the end of the month and don't want to take the bus all the way to Ensenada if I can help it.

What shd I expect to pay for 1) yellow cab at border or 2) taxi libre? And where do I pick up taxi libre after crossing?
