Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Fernandez Headline Free Concert to Promote Puerto Vallarta Tourism

Puerto Vallarta, MX -- 01 June 2009 -- June is Gay Pride Month and Puerto Vallarta is out, proud and the place to be at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20th. Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Fernández, Paulina Rubio, Joan Sebastian, Raul Di blasio, Luis Fonsi, Reilly, Leo Polar, Bianmarco, David Bisbal, Noel, Coti, Merche, Belanova, Fanny Lu, Marie Jose and Paty Cantú and others are scheduled to perform, according to Secretary of Tourism for the State of Jalisco, at the " Jalisco en Vivo 2009" concert on Puerto Vallarta's world famous Malecón, Saturday, 20 June, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. The concert is part of Mexico's $92 million dollar tourism stimulus plan, "Vive México". The outdoor concert, seaside on Puerto Vallarta's beautiful Malecón, is open to all, free of charge. In order to reverse recent negative publicity about Mexico and its subsequent impact on tourism, we are pulling out all the stops in Puerto Vallarta. With an anticipated attendance in excess of 20,000 people, this free outdoor, seaside concert of international superstars is just part of a great Gay Pride Month vacation in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, the most LGBT welcoming resort destination in Mexico.
