Bars:

Siete Mares Restaurant and Bar, 46 Boulevard Benito Juarez, Rosarito Beach.  This is located in the south end of town on east side the main boulevard.  If you know Rosarito Beach, you will find it across the street and one block to the north of the Rosarito Beach Hotel.  Not a gay bar, but is gay owned and THE place to hang out, cruise, and meet local men when in Rosarito Beach. Full bar.  Some local gringos meet there every Saturday at 7 PM.
Frequented by mayates/hustlers who will spend time with a visitor for $15-$20.  It is very casual, and they do not consider themselves pros.
