Based on my research of the gay, homo-sexual, and alternative lifestyle I have identified civil rights and human rights that are vital to citizenship on a universal level. My research includes the usage of volunteers, and the legal documents, which volunteers with medical and personal data submit to "Expert Witness" affecting their health, also the usage of "Expert Witness" as legal representative with those civil and human rights.

My research has identified a vital conflict of interest which ratified instruments between the United States of Mexico and United States of America can be seen as conducting human experiments to benefit the role of private business with the Foreign Agents Registration Act and the usage of evidence to the United States of America. In which some cases of trans-gender women have a unique gender specific role and consultant role not defined within the bounds of domestic law. Which via the following relationship foreign policy outside of the United States of America can jeopardize the health of all persons as human subjects involved;
