(You should have citizenship in Mexico to avoid having to go through all the time and paperwork, or at least have a Mexican partner.) Turn-key, operating restaurant/bar ready for you in Puebla, Mexico. Currently operating as the only “NICE”, gay restaurant/bar in Puebla for people LGBT who have "class" and appreciate good taste, but the concept could be changed if this is not your cup of tea. All licenses, permits and requirements have been (painstakingly) obtained, are in order, and are included in the asking price. Excellent location one block from Avenida Juarez, the most popular street in Puebla where the fancy, mainstream restaurants, bars and nightclubs are. Completely equipped, large kitchen in stainless steel, 2 storage rooms, office, employee bathrooms and space for parking for about 17 cars. (Additional parking on the street, of course.) My initial investment was about $200,000 dollars which included completely remodeling the building, so this would be an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to own their own business in Mexico. All the preliminary and most difficult work has been done and EclécTica is now known and very popular in Puebla among the gay community. All you have to do is be the administrator. I now have very good, loyal and trustworthy employees (which is very hard to find in Mexico) and they all know how to run the place on their own. I just choose to always be there because my loyal customers always count on my being there (they’re more friends than just customers now), and I think it's important to greet and welcome them. The monthly rent is $22,000 pesos per month (about $1700). A requirement on the lease contract is to own UNENCUMBERED property in Mexico or have someone sign for you that does. There are 1-1/2 more years left on the contract, but the owner is willing to extend it for a new owner. I'm asking $60,000 American dollars (plus the inventory at time of sale).
