Bienvenidos Amigos!
We are pleased to report that several milestones have been passed in terms of members and postings, and our gratitude is great to the many friends who have joined us in this community endeavor. Your participation on the BajaBoard, comments to Noticias articles, and mentioning BajaGay.com to your friends is always appreciated. We notice your postings and encourage you to post even more! These are user-friendly features designed for your use!
The BajaGay Team participated in both the Ensenada and Tijuana Pride Celebrations, and next year we will be able to fund more elaborate entries, and take part to an even greater extent.
Also in the future, we will be adding content in espanol by Spanish-speaking team members in addition to the translation feature that allows users to translate entire pages right now! This will give us bi-lingual teasers and headings to encourage more use by our Spanish-speaking friends.
BajaGay's BajaBoard has already proven effective for members using our classifieds section for real estate rentals, sales, and swaps. Even our personals section has been used for personal ads but once it catches on, we think it can become even more effective! We want this to be a place for the gay community Baja and Mexico…as our motto states: Building a Community…Celebrating a Lifestyle.
In Rosarito, our local members gather monthly for informal nights out at restaurants or potluck events at a local residence. If you decide to put together in your community, let us know so we can advertise it here! It is all about Building a Community…where ever your community is!
